Account and Data Deletion — vSebe
This page applies to the vSebe app. The developer is Individual Entrepreneur Bunin Ivan Vladimirovich.
How to delete your account from the app
1. Open the vSebe app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to "Settings".
3. Scroll to the danger zone and tap "Delete account".
4. Confirm by typing the word DELETE into the confirmation field.
How to request deletion without access to the app
If you cannot sign in, email support@vsebe.net from the email address registered to the account, or state the phone number the account is registered to. Say that you are requesting deletion of your account and its associated data. We process such requests within 30 days and confirm the deletion by reply.
What data is deleted
Deleting the account permanently removes: your profile (name, email address, phone number, age, photo), all chats and the entire message history, stored memories and the psychological portrait, companions you created, journal entries, personal wiki pages, stories and their playthroughs, settings, sign-in credentials and session records.
What data is kept, and for how long
Payment records are kept in anonymised form: the link to the account is severed and the payment description, receipt and service metadata are erased. This is required to meet accounting and tax obligations. Such records cannot be traced back to a user.
Companions and stories you published to the public catalogue are withdrawn from publication and detached from the account.
Timing
Immediately after confirmation the account is suspended, subscription charges stop and the data becomes inaccessible. For 30 days the account can be restored by signing in again — this protects against accidental or unauthorised deletion. After 30 days the data is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
Settings contains a separate "Reset data" button. It permanently deletes all stored memories and the entire message history for every companion, while the profile, settings and subscription are kept. Individual messages, companions and journal entries can also be deleted one by one directly in the interface.
