Privacy Policy

1. Subject of Regulation

This privacy policy (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information, including personal data within the meaning of applicable legislation (hereinafter - "Personal Information"), which Individual Entrepreneur Bunin Ivan Vladimirovich (hereinafter - the "WithinYourself" service) may receive from the User in the course of using the "WithinYourself" service, as well as in the course of performance by the "WithinYourself" service of any agreements and contracts concluded in connection with the use of the service. The "WithinYourself" service may also receive Personal Information from other sources with publicly available personal data. In relevant cases, the transfer of Personal Information is possible only in cases established by applicable legislation, unless otherwise determined by this Policy.

2. Purpose of the Policy

Protection of Personal Information and confidentiality is extremely important for the "WithinYourself" service. Therefore, when using the service, Personal Information is protected and processed in strict accordance with applicable legislation.

3. Personal Information Collected by the "WithinYourself" Service

Personal Information provided and collected during the operation of the "WithinYourself" service is not verified except in cases provided for by the user agreement, and the service cannot judge its accuracy, as well as whether the User has sufficient legal capacity to provide Personal Information. Nevertheless, the "WithinYourself" service assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient Personal Information and updates it in a timely manner.

The "WithinYourself" service may collect the following categories of Personal Information about the User during the use of the service:

- Personal Information provided by the User during registration (account creation), such as first name, last name, phone number, email address, photo;

- electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, web beacons/pixel tags, browser identifier data, hardware and software information);

- date and time of access to the service;

- information about User activity during the use of the service.

The "WithinYourself" service does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as racial origin, political views, health information and biometric data). However, the User may voluntarily provide such information to the service, and in that case the service will process it within the framework of providing services (for example, if the User asks questions related to psychological support). The User should take into account that the service cannot request the User's consent for such processing, as it is not aware in advance of the potentially sensitive nature of the Personal Information that the User may provide to the service.

The "WithinYourself" service does not collect data for the purpose of creating a "profile" of the user to the extent that it could significantly affect the rights and freedoms of the User in accordance with applicable legislation.

4. Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing Personal Information

The "WithinYourself" service is not entitled to process Personal Information without sufficient legal grounds. Therefore, the service processes Personal Information only if:

- processing is necessary for the performance of agreements between the User and the "WithinYourself" service, such as the User Agreement, as well as to ensure the operation of the service (for example, providing results to the User when using the service);

- processing is necessary for compliance with obligations established by law;

- when provided for by applicable legislation, processing is necessary to ensure the legitimate interests of the "WithinYourself" service, provided that such processing does not have a significant impact on the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the User. When processing personal information on this basis, the service will always strive to maintain a balance between its legitimate interests and the protection of User confidentiality.

The "WithinYourself" service processes Personal Information to ensure its legitimate interests, for example, in the following cases:

- to better understand how the User interacts with the service;

- to improve, modify, personalize or otherwise enhance the service in the interests of all users.

Hereby the "WithinYourself" service informs Users, and the User confirms, that they have no obligation to provide the service with any Personal Information when using the service, and such provision is based solely on the free will of the User. At the same time, the User acknowledges that without providing Personal Information, the service will not be able to provide the opportunity to use the service.

The "WithinYourself" service always processes Personal Information for specific purposes and only such Personal Information that is relevant to achieving those purposes. In particular, the service processes Personal Information for the following purposes:

- providing access to the service (including providing relevant service results in response to the use of the service, taking into account preferences, history of communication with the Companion and other Personal Information about the User available to the service);

- providing access to the user account;

- communicating with the User to send notifications, requests and information related to the operation of the service, performance of agreements and processing of requests and applications;

- improving the usability of the service, including displaying the most relevant results and providing more personalized responses, as well as improving service products;

- collection, processing and presentation of statistical data, big data and other research.

5. Protection of Personal Information

In most cases, Personal Information is processed automatically without access by any service employees. If such access is needed, it may only be provided to those service employees who need it to perform their tasks. To protect and ensure data confidentiality, all employees must comply with internal rules and procedures regarding the processing of Personal Information. They must also follow all technical and organizational security measures in effect to protect User Personal Information.

The "WithinYourself" service may also transfer Personal Information to third parties to achieve the purposes specified in Section 5 of this Policy. Such third parties may include:

- advertisers or other Partners who display advertising on the service, as well as Partners such as information service providers or consultants;

- services involved in user authorization in the service;

- persons involved in organizing payment acceptance and conducting payment operations using the service (payment systems, payment instrument providers, banks and other financial organizations, etc.).

6. Storage and Processing of Personal Information

Personal Information is stored in the Russian Federation.

The "WithinYourself" service records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, clarifies (updates, modifies), extracts personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The "WithinYourself" service stores Personal Information for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with the requirements of legislation and regulations.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreement, data that the User stores in the service will be stored as long as the User has an account, but may be deleted by the User at any time.

If the User wishes to have any Personal Information deleted from the service databases, the User may independently delete the necessary Personal Information through the service interface (where applicable). The data management tool is available to authorized service users.

7. User Rights

If provided for by applicable legislation, the User has the right to access Personal Information processed by the service in accordance with this Policy.

If the User believes that any information the service holds about the User is incorrect or incomplete, the User may log into their account and correct the Personal Information themselves.

If provided for by applicable legislation, the User has the right to:

review the information that the "WithinYourself" service holds about the User, including through the account on the page;

request deletion of Personal Information or part thereof, as well as withdraw consent for the processing of Personal Information;

request restrictions on the processing of Personal Information;

object to the processing of Personal Information, if provided for by applicable legislation.

The "WithinYourself" service will fulfill such requests in accordance with applicable legislation.

In cases provided for by applicable legislation, the User may also have other rights not listed above.

When using the service, the transfer of Personal Information is carried out with the consent of the User, expressing free will and interest (in particular, on the basis of an agreement with the User) and is not a legal obligation.

To exercise the above rights, the User needs to log into their account, and if necessary, contact technical support.

If the User is not satisfied with how the service processes Personal Information, the service is ready to consider the complaint.

8. Updates to this Policy

This Policy may be amended. The "WithinYourself" service has the right to make changes at its discretion, including but not limited to cases when the relevant changes are related to changes in applicable legislation, as well as when the relevant changes are related to changes in the operation of the service.

Cookies and Analytics Services

We use cookies and the Yandex.Metrica service to analyse site usage and improve the user experience. Only depersonalised data is collected: IP address, device type, page interactions, referral source. Personal data (email, name) is only sent to Metrica with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in the browser or by selecting "Decline" in the site banner. Metrica data retention: up to 25 months.
