Consent to Receive Marketing Communications

This consent is given in accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising" (Article 18(1)) and Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data". The Russian version of this document is the binding original; this English text is a reference translation.

1. Operator

2. Subject of Consent

2.1. The User consents to receiving advertising, informational and marketing communications via the specified channels (email, Telegram, push notifications of the mobile app), including:

(a) notifications about promotions, discounts and special offers;

(b) news about new features and Service updates;

(c) invitations to partner programs, surveys and research;

(d) personalised recommendations of AI companions, conversation scenarios and other Service features.

3. Nature of Consent

3.1. This consent is optional and does not affect the ability of the User to use Service functionality.

3.2. The absence or withdrawal of this consent does not restrict access to paid or free Service features.

4. Personal Data Processed

4.1. For the purposes of this consent the Operator processes: the User's email address; Telegram identifier (if applicable); device identifier for push notifications; information about User preferences and activity within the Service to the extent necessary for personalising communications.

4.2. The Operator may engage email service providers and Telegram messenger, subject to compliance with Law No. 152-FZ.

5. Duration and Withdrawal

5.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn by the User.

5.2. At any time the User may withdraw consent by: (a) unchecking "I agree to receive marketing communications" in the Settings section of the Service; (b) clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email; (c) sending a written request to chernobelenkiy@gmail.com.

5.3. After withdrawal, the Operator stops using personal data for marketing purposes within no more than 10 business days.
