Partner Mode Terms

  1. About the mode. Partner is an additional vSebe mode for personal conversation with a fictional adult AI partner: affection, tenderness, flirting and shared stories without sexually explicit content. Responses are generated by software. The character is not human, does not experience human feelings and does not form a real personal relationship with you.

  2. Eligibility. The mode is available if enabled for your account to users aged 18 or over with an active paid subscription on any paid plan, after separately accepting these terms. The character must also be at least 18. You confirm that you are an adult and provide accurate age information. Changing a character’s age or description to bypass restrictions is prohibited. Free, trial or administrator access alone does not qualify.

  3. Content boundaries. The mode is not intended for sexting, pornography or sexually explicit descriptions, images or voice content. Sexualisation of minors, including characters presented as children regardless of their stated age, sexual coercion and exploitation, and intimate images of real people without their consent are prohibited. The service may decline requests that violate these restrictions.

  4. Your choice. Enabling the mode is voluntary. You may stop a conversation and choose another mode in the chat’s “+” menu. Declining the mode does not remove access to other features included in your plan. The mode does not replace human relationships, professional help or emergency services; AI responses may be wrong. For an immediate threat to life or health, contact your local emergency service; in Russia, call 112.

  5. Subscription. Use requires an active paid subscription period. Access to the mode ends when that period ends. Enabling the mode does not create a new subscription or authorise additional charges. Prices, limits, renewal and cancellation are governed by your plan and the User Agreement.

  6. Personal data. Processing of messages and information needed to generate a reply is described in the Privacy Policy. The service uses external AI providers through Polza.ai; processing may involve transfers outside Russia. Accepting these terms and confirming your age do not replace separate data-processing consents where required. Do not submit identifiable information about health or intimate life until a separate lawful basis for processing has been established; do not share someone else’s personal data without a lawful basis.

  7. Acceptance and changes. These terms are accepted through a separate action when enabling the mode. The service records the terms version and acceptance time. A new version changing the mode’s terms will require separate acceptance before further use. These terms supplement the User Agreement and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
